MyWorld were delighted to sponsor and support 2022’s Computer Science Society GamesJam which took place from Wednesday 2- Thursday 3 November. Themed “It’s not a bug, it’s a feature”, was well attended with more than 20 games designed by students across the 30-hour period.

 AardmanBristol Digital Gamelab and MyWorld sponsored prizes and judges included Kirsten Cater (Professor in HCI and MyWorld Skills and Training work package lead) Sarah Campbell (Play Well for Life), Joshua Baldwin (Aardman) Xiaochun Zhang, Richard Cole (Bristol Digital Game lab) and Drew MacQuarrie (Lecturer, Immersive Technologies).  Judges were impressed with the range and creativity of the games created which included games using VR, Stop Motion animation, analogue synthesisers and a broad range of programming languages.
