Tutti has a simple mission: to give creative people more time to create, by reducing their admin with technology. Tutti was started by Gabriel Isserlis, who grew up in a family of musicians, has degrees in filmmaking and computer programming, and has worked in events, film, photography, theatre, and music.

Tutti first created “Tutti.space” which is essentially “Airbnb for creative spaces” – to help people find and book amazing places for film / photo shoots, rehearsals, recordings, events, etc.

Then through talking to Tutti customers, they discovered location professionals in film/tv have incredibly admin-heavy workflows. Tutti started “SuperScout.ai” in January 2024 as a workflow and data management app for location professionals in film/tv. SuperScout is a wider solution, but this project is an integral part: – an iOS app that will link in with the main website, and reduce day to day admin when our users are on the road.

 

Project details

The people who find the amazing locations behind your favourite movies and shows currently spend a ridiculous amount of time on admin. They spend 12 hours travelling, taking photos in one place, notes in another, and then get home and spend another 6 hours compiling and organising their work for their team. Our app will remove those 6 hours: allowing them to gather all information in one place, organise while they’re on the road, and upload in the background.
