The Coal Shed will be home to a 150m2 Instrumented Auditorium seating 36 people. The Auditorium will be fully equipped with a high-resolution laser projector and Dolby Atmos surround sound.
The Instrumented Auditorium will enable the review and evaluation of content in a controlled environment, recording biometric responses to provide unparalleled data on audience engagement with and reaction to innovative content.
These new insights will underpin future commissioning, and directorial and production approaches to new content creation using emerging creative technologies. Funded by MyWorld.
