As a response to MyWorld research, industry and community needs, Dr Ruth Farrar from Bath Spa University is launching an Immersive Audio Network for Bath and Bristol-based practitioners, educators and enthusiasts.

The network aims to share the region’s creative practices to encourage industry progression, support inclusive talent pipelines and signpost career development opportunities. Many people in this field tend to work solo or in small teams so it’s an excellent opportunity to connect with like-minded soundies. 

Spark your inspiration with the sonic smorgasbord of immersive audio from Bath, Bristol and beyond at the launch featuring Michelle Roche, Duncan Speakman, Jack Hardiker and many more.   

Alongside the launch being a friendly networking opportunity complete with a complimentary drinks reception, they will also share details about an exciting funded opportunity for mid-career sound professionals in collaboration with Real World Studios and Watershed.
